We've been Littleton’s local independent breakfast spot for the last 14 years, serving up the best French Toast, Pancakes, every delicious breakfast treat we can imagine! We specialize in upscale local-American diner cuisine. We start by sourcing the best local products, like rustic hand-shaped bread from Izzio's Artisan Bakery, Polidori Sausage, freshly roasted coffee from Pablo’s, and Coda, and locally raised eggs. We prepare nearly everything from scratch, including cutting our steaks and roasting our turkey and corned beef. After all that, we get to have a little fun with it and serve some unique items, like our savory and spicy Sante Fe French toast stuffed with eggs, chorizo, green chilies, and melted cheese. Our goal from the start was to bring outstanding breakfast and lunch dishes together with really good coffee. After leaving our restaurant and coffee shop jobs in 2005 we managed to get Toast open by December of 2006. We started in a little spot at the entrance to historic downtown Littleton. After winning Westword's best breakfast award from Jason Sheehan right after we opened, we found that one dining room was not enough, and had to expand our dining room into the dance studio next door. Even that ended up not being enough space to serve our fantastic guests, so in 2020 we found a much bigger space just up the street in Riverside Downs and moved the restaurant. We remain committed to serving our friends and taking care of our people, many who are still with us from that first day in 2006.
